WW Spicy Potato Sticks

Ingredients
  

  • 2-3 Potatoes large, baking variety, rinsed & cut into thin strips
  • 2 egg whites large, lightly beaten
  • 3/4 tsp sea salt or table salt
  • 3/4 tsp ground cumin
  • 1/2 tsp chili powder
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper freshly ground

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F
  2. Spray a large nonstick baking sheet with canola oil nonstick spray
  3. Combine all of the ingredients in a large bowl and toss to coat. Transfer to the baking sheet and arrange in a single layer
  4. Bake until the potatoes are barely tender, about 15 minutes.
  5. Increase the oven temperature to broil and broil 5 inches from the heat until crispy, about 10 minutes longer
  6. Yield about 1 cup per serving
